Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner who will take responsibility for product development and achieving key metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate product strategy and roadmap.
• Collect and refine requirements, develop hypotheses.
• Analyze data and user scenarios.
• Set tasks for the team, monitor deadlines and quality.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of features based on product metrics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a PM/PO.
• Understanding of the product approach, Agile/Scrum, UX.
• Ability to work with product metrics:
• MAU/DAU, Retention, Conversion, ARPU, NPS, CAC, LTV, Churn.
• Analytics and tools skills:
• Amplitude/Mixpanel, Google Analytics/Firebase, SQL (basic), Hotjar/UXCam, Tableau/Power BI, Jira/Confluence, Figma.
• Preparation of technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Will be a plus
• Experience in fintech, banking, or working with complex products.
