DevOps

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design and maintain a reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports real high-load systems. We expect you to be passionate about automation, infrastructure, and continuous improvement of development and operations processes. You will have the opportunity to influence architecture, implement best practices, and work closely with developers and the QA team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure based on Kubernetes
  • Configure, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Ensure the security of network and infrastructure, including certificate and secrets management
  • Monitor and analyze system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and others
  • Maintain high service availability and respond promptly to incidents
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery
  • Optimize and configure databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) for performance and reliability
  • Support and develop internal technical standards and documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of secure network infrastructure principles
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-load environments
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages: Bash, Python, Go
  • Experience implementing infrastructure security best practices
  • Experience writing technical documentation and runbooks
  • Interest in modern DevOps approaches and technologies
